• Local orders takes 2-3 working days delivery time after your order is made and dispatched.

• Rest of the world takes 7- 10 working days delivery time after your order is made and dispatched.

We love our customers and want you to be 100% happy with your experience. We do not accept exchanges or returns because of the customisation of our items. However, if you are not satisfied please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and we'll do our very best to make you happy!

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

• Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

• Send items back within: 7 days of delivery

• Request a cancellation within:  12 hours of purchase

These items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Perishable products (like food)

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
